5. Set your goal every month, make a proper plan to achieve it, and make sure you are reaching your milestones.
6. Recruit as many PSAs as you can, have patience with them, give them support and confidence, clarify their queries, make sure they are improving day by day.
7. Make yourself approachable to your downline. Understand their problems. Create an environment among your team members where everybody can support one another.
